Responsible for all administrative non-judicial functions of the Steilacoom Municipal Court. Plans and implements organizational changes to improve court operations. Manages court case flow, records, and juror utilization. The incumbent is thoroughly familiar with DISCIS and keeps informed of new legislative law/rule changes. The employee manages daily accounting of fines, fees, forfeitures received/dispersed, and prepares monthly reports for state agencies/local departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum two years experience in court operations.
2. Proficient in the operation of all facets of DISCIS.
3. One year experience in cashiering and accounting duties.
4. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Terms of Employment:
This is a part time position offering pro-rated benefits.
