Business Development Manager



As a result of our continued success and growth, Endeavor, is currently seeking to expand its business development staff by looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for growing existing clients and developing new business by utilizing a consultative sales approach. The BDM will have access to significant business development resources and excellent leadership & mentoring.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Minimum 5 years successful direct sales in IT services

• Experience selling technology products and services

• Proven track record of sales/business development experience combined with technology industry experience

• Ability to sell senior level consulting services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits, etc.

• Strong pipeline management skills

• Excellent outside sales presentation skills, and the desire to be the best

• You must also demonstrate the ability to manage and grow large Fortune 500 accounts. This requires experience in maintaining and strengthening executive level relationships within these accounts

• Excellent influence and negotiation skills



Desired Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Sales, or related fields.

• Knowledge of ERP, technical architecture, application and software development, data warehousing, business intelligence, etc.
