North Seattle apartment community needs your commercial housekeeping experience for our team. As our new Housekeeper you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning apartments for rental, including the common areas of the building. Ideally we are looking for a team member that has housekeeping experience in a hospital, commercial building and/or apartment/condominium complex.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleans apartments to prepare for rental of units

  • Cleans all common areas, to include cabana, sauna, and laundry rooms

  • Conducts self-inspection to ensure that all areas have been cleaned

  • Prepares move-in inspection report with new residents and prepares move-out inspection report with vacating residents

  • Provides office support as needed


  • An ideal candidate would posses the following:
    • One year Commercial Housekeeping experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent desired but not required.
