Be involved with key strategic planning and analysis for a growing Jewish social agency located on Capitol Hill. Become the strategic advisor to the COO, analyzing and developing processes, promoting strategic plans, leading in quality improvement initiatives, assisting with project management, providing meeting coordination and support. Develop outcome measurements and analyze results. Highly visible position that works closely with senior management, program directors and committees. . MA in business or job related field required with five years experience supporting business management, quality improvement analysis and business development. Must be: able to develop, explain and present business analyses and plans; highly skilled with PC tools; able to create and edit written materials; able to use survey and market research methodologies, systems and techniques; and be an excellent communicator with consultative and advisory skills.

.8 FTE, Excellent benefit package available.
