This is someone who loves working with software and technology, who has a real talent for understanding complex business requirements and anticipating client needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who takes initiative to seek out tasks and follow through with every issue.

Responsibilities

• A wide variety of customer-facing support services
  
• Excellent customer relationships
  
• First and second level technical support by email and phone
  
• Effectively participate in meetings with clients and staff to resolve technical issues
  
• Translate client requirements into test plans
  
• Quality control for end product and deliverables
  
• Accountable for quality assurance of implementations
  
• Coordinate project team members
  
• Develop and improve team processes, documentation and procedures
  
• Become an expert in eRequester web-based purchasing and related accounting software
  
• Substantially contribute to the growth of the company by maintaining excellent client relationships and solid product support
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
  
• At least two years experience as a Technical Support Representative, Tester, Software Developer, IT Consultant or Project Manager working with business software.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Superb analysis and critical thinking skills.
  
• Must be a team player.
  
• Accounting experience is desired.
  
• Knowledge of SQL desired.
  
• Familiarity with several of the following is desired: VB, C#, ASP, .Net, JavaScript, HTML and/or XML.
  
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices is desired.
