Title: Director of Finance




Description: Within the scope of the mission of Encompass, the Director of Finance is responsible for implementing, evaluating and maintaining the organization’s systems and processes of financial management, benefits and office administration, serves on the agency Executive Team and is liaison to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.




Hours: This is an exempt full time position.




Salary: DOE $55K+




Closing Date: October 5th if the right candidate is found




Qualification:


• CPA preferred, Bachelor’s degree with experience accepted


• 3 years of demonstrated experience in financial management


• Knowledge of accepted accounting rules, practices, tax laws, and


reporting requirements.


• Non-profit experience preferred


• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner


when dealing with employees, clients and agency contacts.


• Competent computer skills required in order to perform essential


functions listed above


• Notary Public license preferred
