Hi! I am currently on the Section 8 housing program and have great rental history (have been at my current place for 4 years with no problems), good credit and have been employed at the same job for about four years as well. Given all of that, I am having an extremely hard time finding a lanlord/ owner who accepts housing, many of them outlining past problems with tenants on the program. I don't know about the other tenants involved with the Section 8 housing program, all I can vouch for is myself and my own history--good credit, good stable job and great rental history, so I am asking for a chance!



Here's what I am looking for:

Edmonds, Lynnwood or Shoreline location

$1150 a month or under

preferrably a house, but I am very open to a townhouse or a duplex

a yard

a garage

I only need 2 bedrooms, but would love to have 3 (the more the better)

Large kitchen

at least 1.5 bathrooms

washer and dryer and dishwasher





Please help!!!
