Sr. C# SDE, ASP.NET, SQL Reporting Services Developer with Intermediate Web Service Experience
The IT Engineering team has brought in 2 new projects and needs to add a highly skilled .Net Developer with excellent web-service development and SQL Server Reporting Services experience. This long term contract opportunity is perfect for the Sr. Software Developer with a minimum of 6 years experience in Software development and 4+ years experience in the .NET development space with 4+ years in SQL development and design experience with SQL Server, including writing efficient t-sql queries and ensuring performance optimization. Must haves:
* 6+ years of Software Development Experience
* 4+ years of solid C# and .NET development experience.
* 4+ years SQL Server design and development experience including writing efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedure optimization and functions.
* Must have experience with SQL Reporting Services
* Senior level experience with Web Services, WSE in Middle-tier.
* While WCF is not required, it is highly desired.
* Solid experience with Winforms and ASP.Net.
* Excellent understanding of software architectures and development lifecycle.
* Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions and writing secure code.
* Team-based development experience is a requirement.
* Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and other common development activities.
* Experience in n-tier architecture.
* Passion to drive Quality.
* Highly desire experience designing UML diagrams in Visio, including class and sequence diagrams
* Can develop and optimize web applications that run in a web farm environment
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement toolsets for enterprise solutions.
* Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Strongly desired:
* Experience in setup and deployment tools such as clickonce/MSI or any others.
Pluses:
* Exposure to.Net 3.0+ technologies, such as WCF and WPF.
* Understanding and knowledge of SOA
* Experience with and MS build.
* Experience with the MS internal security review process
* Experience with unit testing framework
* Experience with developing SSIS packages
