SQL Data Architect/Data Modeler

Seeking a Data Architect/Modeler for our client, a bank located in Seattle who has a focus on making our communities better places to work and live by providing funding products to its nearly 400 financial institution members -- and by contributing 10% of its annual net profits to affordable housing and community economic development. Utilize your skills with data architecture, data modeling, dimensional modeling, data mart / data warehouse development in a full tine capacity with a client who offers a great benefits package that include three weeks paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in data architecture, data modeling, dimensional modeling, data mart / data warehouse development and strong knowledge of TSQL or PL/SQL, SQL Server or Oracle, Informatica or Data Integrator, Erwin, Business Objects, Crystal Reports.
• Professional experience in designing RDBMS and analyzing logical and physical models. strong knowledge of database operational configurations, tuning procedures, usage, and maintenance and an understanding of native and ODBC drivers and database connectivity is needed.
• Proven technical team leadership skills including strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and organizational skills and proactive Intervention skills (preventing problems before they occur).


Bonus Skills

Finance and banking experience preferred and core banking systems experience, such as Hogan, Misys, Sunguard, SAS, Quantitative Risk Management or others desired.
