Job Title: Project Manager 2.3
Job Description:
This position represents two very different positions for the same Microsoft manager. Both positions require more development skills than Program manager skills. Please submit resumes for either position.

Manager has declined candidates for lack of motivational drive, lack of PM skills (candidate had no PM experience), and lack of feature experience (candidate had never worked on a feature team before).

**Position #2**
Skills:
• SQL Developing experience
• Business Intelligence knowledge
• Some SSRS experience
• SQL Dev Communicator/ Familiar with SQL tech and Direct the spec to design/update spec
• Drive development process/ work with Feature team Lead/ Very Deadline Driven

**Position #1**
Skills:
• C#, ASP.net- managed code
• WCF- SOAP newly released
• Web services API- ad/update.extend
• PM experience
• AJAX controls- will own this/maintain
