Job Description:
You should be a strong technical program manager looking for an opportunity to use your creative ideas, technical knowledge, user empathy, strong cross-team partnerships, and solid interpersonal skills to build that world-class product! Your responsibilities would include, Defining and specking BSP(include USB, GPS) and CDMA radio requirements for a world class WM7 based CDMA device, Distilling MO requirements into precise requirements for engineering team deliverables, Running scrum meetings with peer dev and test engineers to deliver against the spec requirements and schedule, Rolling up status to upper mgmt with status, risks and dependencies in the program , Analyze AMSS changes and corresponding CDMA driver changes, Managing silicon partners such as Qualcomm and ensuring timely support for the Microsoft engineering team is provided., Organizing technical workshops and brainstorm meetings as needed in San Diego or Redmond.

Requirement:
7-10 yrs of experience. Deep experience with CDMA devised wince6.0 and windows mobile, deep experience with shipping CDMA and UMTS devices. Prefer experience with QCOM based BSPs and RILs. Prefer shipping experience with devices with QCOM chipsets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to ramp up on new technologies and new service domains quickly. A strong understanding of mobile technologies including Windows Mobile, radio (UMTS and/or CDMA), BSP, and low level drivers knowledge is a plus. Strong negotiation and conflict management skill demonstrated with customers, stakeholders, peer engineering teams, project team members, and partners. Must understand how to influence and impact others. Experience managing silicon vendors and/or OEM partners is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically about the technical, business and cross-functional issues in bringing new products to market. Experience managing and shipping mobile devices with operators is highly desired.
