Massage Space for Rent. Ideal location!

I am looking to sublease my massage space out two days (Sunday/Monday). $135/month includes both days. Cheap rent and a perfect location!
You would have your own key and be able to set your own hours. The space is furnished, but if you have something to add to the space or if there’s something you want out, we’re open to change. Massage room has a heated-table, stereo and tasteful décor. Waiting area has seating area, storage for your supplies and a mini-fridge for bottled water and ice-packs. LMP must provide own sheets/oil and insurance.
The space is available April 1st. Rent is month-to-month, but we ask to please commit to at least 6 months and give a two-month notice. Please respect this verbal policy.
Rent includes:
All utilities – phone, electric, water cooler, etc.
Storage for your supplies
Hot-stones
Ample on-street parking
