Responsibilities:

* Take a lead position in helping define the object-oriented architecture and make technology recommendations for optimal construction for online learning products.

* Help define and apply effective and technically feasible solutions for our award-winning solutions.

* Be actively involved in building a team culture that supports high customer satisfaction, team success, and a commitment to excellence.

* Ability to meet development schedules by: 1) providing accurate estimates for development deliverables; 2) providing updates on project progress; 3) identifying and escalating issues that might affect project success.

* Take a lead position in coaching and mentoring other developers.

Experience, Knowledge or Specialized Training:

* Bachelor's degree with proven experience in object-oriented programming and 5+ years development experience.
* High level of proficiency in Flash and ActionScript 2/3 (assessment is required).
* Proven ability to communicate technical requirements, define functional specifications, and facilitate technical walkthroughs.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into customer-facing technical specifications.
* Proven ability to effectively prioritize activities and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mentality.
* Experience in FLEX, CSS, and/or JavaScript knowledge a definite plus.
* Experience with LMS/LCMS system integration, SCORM and/or AICC a plus.
* Experience in developing eLearning solutions a plus.
