Agree 100% with bcantrell. Smith Design Works actually gets it. By "it" I mean our market, our people, and our message. We hired them for our identity and web work and found them to be an outstanding marketing asset. The fact that their principal also happens to be director of the American Branding Association adds to their already impressive arsenal of brand savvy designers. 5+ stars, definitely.
